PMJ Properties has been providing students of Coventry University with high quality, fully compliant accommodation since 1998.

We specialize in larger style properties located within a few minutes’ walk of the Uni and cater for Groups of 5 or Groups of 6 Students. Each property has been professionally interior designed and configured to offer spacious accommodation and a pleasant environment in which to both study and relax.

All properties are fully furnished to a very high standard, have 55” wall mounted smart TV’s and enjoy the very latest fibre optic broadband to ensure there are no WI-FI black spots!

We have our own in house Maintenance Team who take care of routine and cyclical works (like cutting the grass and doing the weeding) plus each property is assigned a dedicated Housing Manager as your personal contact for the full term.
